FrankCRM FREE is a simple yet powerful business software for small enterprises. It will help you to structure addresses, products or services, create invoices and the like. You cannot change the software, but use it for free within the restrictions set. The only thing you need is a full licence of FileMaker, as this is a FileMaker file and you need to be able to run that file.

You will be able to import your data into any newer version of FrankCRM, but you cannot change the functionality, add fields or other ideas. You can upgrade to a full version or export your data for use in another software.

Limitations of the free version

FrankCRM is a powerful starter file for new FileMaker projects. It has all the basics of FM Starter, but enhances these with benefits for CRM solutions. As such, the full version is a shortcut to your personal CRM solution. The free version is a simpler and limited version of that powerful starter file. You can use the free version to see, experience and use the user-side of this tool. There are tons of settings and options to configure and for smaller companies it is probably all you need. But there are limitations.

• 20 addresses (including your own)
• no admin access to change the file (that part has been removed).
