End user license for FM Designer

1. Definitions
   1. FM Designer is referred to as “the software”.
   2. The purchaser of a license is referred to as “the licensee”.
   3. Kursiv Consulting is referred to as “the licensor”.
   4. Authorized licensing is only possible by the licensor, the “seller”.
   5. This agreement is referred to as “the License”.
2. Contract
   1. This contract is valid between the licensor and the licensee after full payment of the license fee to the seller.
   2. The licensor is Kursiv Consulting in the Netherlands.
3. Rights of use
   1. The licensee has an unlimited right to use the software product in an unlimited number of FileMaker projects.
   2. The licensee is entitled to use the software in his local team. It is not possible to use the license across multiple teams or locations. External employees are expressly excluded from this license.
   3. The rights of use do not constitute ownership of the licensee.
   4. The rights of use allow the licensee to use the software as part of its own solutions.
4. Not allowed
   1. It is not permitted to distribute the software or make it available via internal networks, the Internet or in any other way.
   2. It is not permitted to use the software to create similar software for distribution or sale.
   3. It is not permitted to sell the software to other persons or organizations.
5. Disclaimer
   1. The licensor does not guarantee a certain functionality of the software, nor can any claims be derived from a contained or missing functionality.
   2. The licensor creates updates for the software, but is not obliged to do so.
   3. By using the software, the licensee agrees to use the software “as is”.
   4. Liability is limited to the purchase amount at the time of purchase.
6. General conditions
   1. By purchasing the software, the licensee confirms that the licensor’s general terms and conditions apply exclusively.
