User License for FM Designer

1. Definitions
   1. FM Designer is referred to as “the Software”
   2. The buyer of a license is referred to as “the Licensee”
   3. Kursiv Software is referred to as “the Licensor”.
   4. Authorized licensing is only possible by the Licensor, referred to as “the Seller”.
   5. This agreement is referred to as “the License”.
2. Contract
   1. This contract is valid between the Licensor and the Licensee upon paying in full the license fee to the Seller.
   2. Licensor is Kursiv Software, a limited Company in Switzerland. Details can be found at the website kursiv-software.com/en/.
3. Usage rights
   1. The Licensee has an timely unlimited usage right to the software product, to use it in an unlimited number of FileMaker projects.
   2. The Licensee is entitled to use the software in his local team. It is not possible to use the license across multiple teams or locations.
   3. The usage rights do not create ownership for the Licensee.
   4. The usage rights allow the Licensee to use the Software as part of their own solutions.
4. Not allowed
   1. It is not allowed to distribute the Software or make it available through internal networks, internet or by other means.
   2. It is not allowed to use the Software to create a similar software for distribution or sale.
   3. It is not allowed to sell the Software to other people or entities.
5. Liability
   1. The Licensor does not guarantee any specific functionality for the software, nor can any claims be derived from any functionality, whether included or missing.
   2. The Licensor creates updates for the Software, but is in no obligation to do so.
   3. As a Licensee, you agree, upon using the Software, to use the Software “as is”.
   4. Liability is limited to the amount of purchase at the time of purchasing.
6. General Conditions
   1. The Licensee confirms, by purchasing the Software, that the General Conditions of the Licensor apply exclusively. These General Conditions are listed on the website kursiv-software.com (currently at:https: //kursiv-software.com/en/contact-2/general-conditions/) and are available in German only.
